So uh... How many kinds of monsters out there drink blood? 

Vampires,
Ghouls (they seemed to be enjoying it)
uh... Sam. 
Chupacabras (they drain cows blood)

What else?

Are we counting Wraith?

I think overexcited werewolves might, but mostly they munch.

Grendel drank blood! He also ate the people, but I believe the drinking of blood is specified in the poem. I don't know if Grendel is good for anything, though, seeing as he and his mother are long dead.

Some kinds of bats, of course, but you're probably counting them with vampires.
